Single T-die extrusion machine, researched together by HUILONG and plastics machinery national engineering research center of the Industrial Equipment & Control Engineering College of South China University of Technology.

According to the extrusion laminating characteristics, adopted the advanced technology( the extruder with principle of energy dynamic equilibrium for economizing on the energy), which high extrusion output , excellent plasticize chaos effect, lower temperature and energy consumption, suitable for substance, excellent bonding between extrudate and packing material by molecule polarity.

Another , this equipment passed appraisement of the GUANGDONG Science and Technology Office, and at the same extrusion output, the nominal power is 0.17kw(kg/h), only half of the international standard 0.32kw(kg/h), the lower consumption.
